bigdog1175,
I have also seen the problem on my 412 and 406v2's running IPO 3.2.59. I never tried to remove the user and rebuild. A reboot of the system will fix it temporarily. I upgraded to 3.2.61 and at least that problem has gone away.
aarenot,
Our company has also be using CCC for the past 2yrs and we are not exactly thrilled with how the Delta Server skews our reporting among other things. I have a demo scheduled with Zeacom to take a look at their product. Do you know of any other call center software products that will...
Does anyone know how to record hunt group calls (Call Center); however, not record personal extension calls? My problem is that we record by the agent's ext which also records their personal calls, which we don't want to do. The other option that I see is to record the particular hunt groups...
We are adding another voicemail server because of 16 site limitation for each SCN. Is it possible to use Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 to run both vm's on the same box with both license keys? Has anyone tried this approach and been successful?
Has anyone had issues with continuous reboots running 3.2.54? I have to unplug both PRI cables and the LAN cable, power cycle, and pray it comes back up.
I need some feedback on experiences with running multiple Avaya applications like (Voicemail Pro, CCC, ContactStore)together on the same Windows 2003 Servers. I know that the standard Avaya answer is to run one app per server, but just looking for some good feedback here.
Can anyone point me to the documentation on how to correct set this up. I have tried numerous things, but no luck. Does it matter which port is used? I am running ver 3.1.56
Does anyone have documentation on how to setup CDR. I get conflicting answers from Avaya about whether you need to use the Delta Server if running 3.1.56. I can't get any smdr data in my call accounting package or simply using Hyperterminal.
jmont4455,
I have experienced exactly the same issue as you have described. We have upgraded to 3.0.69 and so far it hasn't happened. If you find out, it would be nice to know for reference.
kholladay,
This is not happening on 100% of the calls, but it is happening very frequently. None of the users are using headsets and nobody has the "offhook station" turned on.
I am having a problem with my outside lines disconnecting after the number is dialed. The call just disappears and there is no ring. I have tested all lines and they all ring and answer fine incoming. Sprint is our local telco provider, and I had a similar problem on our old Definity system...
