Has anyone experienced a problem with the CDR Records dropping the last character from the CallingNumber field? When it is an outside number, I get 9xxxxxxxxxy where y is just a blank space.

I'm on 3.1(48) and using 'Unformatted' 'Enhanced' and have intra-switch CDR's enabled.

Is anyone successfully using this configuration?

Well I figured it out. If you have a '9' prefix in your line properties, your CDR records will contain the leading 9 and drop the last number.

This behaviour was consistant between any of the formats I tried.

Actually makes sense after re-reading the Definity CDR specs - the CallingNumber field is only 10 chars in most of the formats.

Still very well worked out on your part - that's a wrinkle that they probably weren't thinking about when they added the CDR.

It's also definately not very useful in the UK where most numbers are 11 digits in length too!

Does anyone have documentation on how to setup CDR. I get conflicting answers from Avaya about whether you need to use the Delta Server if running 3.1.56. I can't get any smdr data in my call accounting package or simply using Hyperterminal.
