Could you schedule the report to run as a pdf then save that in a network folder... then create a shortcut to that path and filename?

Thanks guys. I found that CR9 wouldn't install over XI - it detected a newer version and the installation process would not continue. However, when I un-installed XI and then installed 9 then XI again, it seemed to work. It's a tedious solution but worked in the end.

Can I install CR9 and CRXI on the same machine w/ no adverse side effects? I use CRXI normally but have been asked to work on some old reports that are and must remain version 9. Can I add v9 to my PC or is it wiser to find a different machine for working on the v9 reports?

No I haven't heard of anyone doing Xcelsius training. They have great sample files that you can download and deconstruct. It didn't take too long to get it figured out. I think this product is a definite winner. I really hope BO puts some effort into developing it further!
