Hi makemetrend,
Sorry, but this is going to be as helpful as the last answer (not very). Get in a CUCM Express if you have the budget - just ditch the Avaya! Even replacing it with FreePBX/Astrix or anything would be easier.

I spun up a test FreePBX with all the same settings (Network/SIP/IP's etc...) and shutdown the Avaya.
All calls working fine with FreePBX and RTP Relay. So nothing on the firewall/network that is causing this issue.
Defiantly something wrong with the Avaya.
Long term will probably migrate to...
Yep, its a very old inherited system. I hate it [bigsmile] - I'm normally a Cisco call manager guy.
Where is the best place to get the bin files / upgrade files for the newest 9.X I can go to?
Sorry if its obvious - really new at this Avaya system.
Hi Janni78,
Yes sending the Internal IP, the teclo is manipulating that bit on there end. I could never get it to send the public IP when I was setting it up, no matter how much I played with the 'Network Topology' settings.
Thanks J
I've double/triple checked the firewall. No blocks and no ALG.
Attached the packet capture (link), if you want a look at the SIP trace.... I've checked but didn't see anything.

Hi All,
I have a very strange issue. When using Mobility/callback (dial in > dial back out). I get audio only 50% of the time with RTP Relay (approx.)
I did a packet capture on our firewall and out of the six calls I made. I can see no difference between the three that worked and the three...
LAN 1 = Is going to my Router/Firewall.
All the firewall/routing settings are correct there (or I wouldn't be able to ping the other devices).
LAN 2 = This is going directly to the ISPs SIP trunk router.
Hi All,
I have a Voice subnet (10.0.200.0/24) and a PC Subnet (10.0.100.0/24) - both with gateway .1
My IP Office is on 10.0.200.11
My PC is on IP 10.0.100.135
All the phones are working, and I can ping them all from my PCs subnet. The only device I cannot ping is the IP office.
The IP Route...
Thank You all! This is just what I needed.
For anyone else that finds this thread.
I used:
FNE:00 (for dialtone)
FNE:33 (for callback)

Hi All.
Just wondering if its possible to use Avaya IPO to bridge two external calls. Maybe via the Auto-Attendant?
For example, can someone use there mobile to make a international call via the PBX so the company picks up the costs rather than the user?
In Summary:
External Caller ---->...
