Hi All,

I have a Voice subnet (10.0.200.0/24) and a PC Subnet (10.0.100.0/24) - both with gateway .1
My IP Office is on 10.0.200.11
My PC is on IP 10.0.100.135

All the phones are working, and I can ping them all from my PCs subnet. The only device I cannot ping is the IP office.

The IP Route in the IP Office is 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 --- Gateway 10.0.200.1 -- LAN1 (LAN2 is not used)
I have even tried a static route 10.0.100.0/255.255.255.0 --- Gateway 10.0.200.1 -- LAN1 with no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance, J

I have my PC configured with two IPs one on the PC subnet and one on the Voice Subnet in-order to access the Avaya. But this is far from ideal.

you router does not know how to reach 10.0.200.x
I would also seriosly consider using both lans on the IPO
1 on the voice subnet & one on the Data subnet to make these things easier

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

LAN 1 = Is going to my Router/Firewall.
All the firewall/routing settings are correct there (or I wouldn't be able to ping the other devices).

LAN 2 = This is going directly to the ISPs SIP trunk router.
