i have an important issue with my avaya aura system v6.3
I hav 2 media gateway and the secondary is down we are not enable to access it when i try to connect with site admin.
Any advice how to troubleshoot will help me a lot !!!

What i have noticed in the IT GROUP when someone is receiving a call. One of the IT group also receives a notification and can pick up the call with while pressing button 1.
He didn't give me any information, I'm new with the system I used to work on IPOffice.
But you said" Bridged appearance might help or even a pickup group"
Can I have a doc concerning the config of one of those configuration?

I'm struggling on a task my manager ask me to do and i really need your help.
in fact my manager asked me to allow some users (extensions) to intercept calls according to the group they belong to.
that means if extensions (3000,...,3005) belong to the IT group. only ext 3000 should...

i restarted the IPOCC watchdog i still have the same issue.
but the customer says the problem occurs after MCaffee update so what can faver this issue ?
yes exactly i have rebooted many times still the same issue.
i read in avaya doc what tracing to enable so On monday i will try to enable them and share if that can help.
but what i have shared above cant help?

im still learning so there are some few thing i do not know yet so sorry if i bother u [ponder].
and the company is a bank so they do not give access to external consultant.

there are no local expert this is why we are trying to fix by ourself.
we dont give remote access. so we cant ask for a remote control to an outside expert to help us out.
its also a new company so we cant afford to recrute an expert for that.

Im facing an issue with our IPOCC.
In fact the number mapped to the IVR doesnt not work anymore.
When we dial the number for to reach the IVR there is no tone.
However it worked before and it doesnt work anymore for no reason so please kindly help me because its been a couple month...
