is there anybody help me to have a suitable table for exported date from cdr in grandstream ?
the case is the exported data (calls, time, duration ...) are shown in the same column , I need to separate each field to its own column

for SL2100 PBX with analog extensions , when I need to make a call the time response for dialing buttons is high , so i must be in a harry to make a success call,
but if I choose the buttons slower the call is to be failed
can someone give a help ?

Is there any updates for this terminal , it works with SV9100, but prefer to upgrade

you need to use PCPRO to reserve an extension from Filter Options >IP Phone list , then choose any ext. you need
go to 15-05 , choose the extension you need then set a password for it , then apply and upload changes
after that you can easily setup the account but in the SIP server IP...

when I make a call there is an option button (voice) if i press it the destination number is answered automatically
i need to disable this option

The connection between both systems is in my local network
and the routing rules are checked correctly
the calls from UCM6204 TO NEC is ok , but from NEC to Grandstream is not
if you please determine the notices you need to clarify any thing else

when i set the configuration at SV8100 it was OK , but SV9100 not .
I just need to know the differences between to solve this issue .
I don't have a provider , need to connect 2 systems via SIP trunk

the incoming calls from grandstream to SV9100 is OK, but cant go from SV9100 to grandstream
