Can anyone share information how to setup SIP on SV9100, so I can connect and use SIP phones with it? I'm not experienced with PBX.

3rd party SIP. Want to test it with MicroSIP soft phone.

hello ,

you need to use PCPRO to reserve an extension from Filter Options >IP Phone list , then choose any ext. you need

go to 15-05 , choose the extension you need then set a password for it , then apply and upload changes
after that you can easily setup the account but in the SIP server IP field you need to follw the IP address with (ip address:5070)

Verify you have a 3rd party SIP STN license.
You will need;
VoIP daughterboard
0300 license
5103 lic for VoIP db
5111 IP STN lic
User PCPro to verify licenses, under Communications/feature activation

Thank you for your answers. I successfully connect to SIP via MicroSIP client, and can call to another phones, but there is no sound at all. Ring is working, but there is no voice going in or out. What options should I check?

Be sure that you added IP address in 84-26
You have to add an ip from your network

Ali,

Station IP is 192.168.30.245 and for 84-26-01 I set 192.168.30.246. Both IP is reachable and ping goes well. Still voice ussues.

Any ideas where I can take a look?

PC from which I ran MicroSIP at the same network as NEC. Another ip-phones are in the different subnet but there are nothing blocked between this networks.

Hi Gents,

I was wondering if you had any success with getting audio from the MicroSIP application?
I followed the instructions in this post, thank you, and created an extension (100) in PCPro that can log into my SV9100 using the MicroSIP app.

The main IP phones can call ext 100 and the app rings but there is no voice data.
The MicroSIP app can not call IP Phones as it reports them to be busy.

Any further help would be most welcome.
