@Daniel RO
I checked again in 24-09.
The extension for our reception desk (ext 101) is set to "Call Forward All Calls."
I didn't mention this above because the received number for this extension is not our company main number.
Our company main number ends in 8883, and in 22-11 the target...
@Daniel RO
It look like 204 is a virtual extension.
In 11-04, 204 is assigned to virtual extension port 004.
In 24-09, 01 - Call Forward Type is set to "No Call Forward.
@Daniel RO

@belevedere
Hello,
I honestly have no idea about the license that we have.
Would you please let me know where I can check the license status in the system?
Hello,
I have one question to ask about our phone system (NEC SV8100).
We have to disable this automated message "Due to high call volume......" thinging from our system.
We've been receiving complains from the customers about that message which they get when they call us.
It looks like the...
Hello,
Sorry for bugging but I need some additional help.
I tried changing the configuration as you've instructed but confused.
So I researched and added some other configuration.
First, the calls ringing from ext. 166 during day time.
When it is after 6pm, I want the calls to be ringing from...
Okay.
So below is what I did.
First I assumed I needed to change/modify the night time to 6pm.
So I went to 12-02: Automatic Night Service Patterns, and tried changing the time.
The default value before change was as below.
Auto Night Service Pattern
01 00:00
02 08:00
03 17:00
04 00:00...
Hello belevedere,
Thank you for the information.
Based on my understanding (not sure if I understood correctly), I have to do the followings:
First: Modify the time for Night Mode 2.
Second: assign modified Night mode (2) to extensions.
Third: Set buttons in 15-07 to night group 2
Are these...
Hello,
I would like to ask question about Night Mode option for SV8100.
At first, I'm not an expert nor have experience in telephone system; therefore, any help would be greatly appreciated.
At my company, we have two different company phone numbers.
Here, I will call them "1st" and "2nd"...
Thank you for your answer.
Now that I know that received numbers stand for the last 4 numbers in the incoming phone number.
Can this mean received number is the the last 4 digits of the company phone number?
Or is it the last 4 digit of the phone number which is calling from?
Let's assume that...
Thank you very much for information.
I see it now.
So if I change those values and included ext 178 in incoming call group in 22-04, then 3081 will ring all extensions in 22-04 group.
I will try this.
I have a few question to ask.
Currently when there is incoming calls from outside, Ext 181...
Hello,
The one that should receive incoming calls is STA 178.
(I need to configure this extension "STA 178" to be able to receive incoming calls from outside).
There are several extensions that can take incoming calls such as 101, 107, 181 and etc.
I basically need STA 178 to be able to...
Hello,
I have one question about the issue that I currently have in regards to NEC SV8100.
After our previous phone company went out of business, I happen to take over the role for our phone system.
I am not a phone expert at all, and try hard to find out the solution. Finally, I ended up...
