Hello,
I have an old Partner system I've been helping to maintain but I think it might be dying. I tried to help them move some extensions around yesterday and ran into what I thought were cabling issues. I was getting a situation where the phone was getting a display but no dial tone. However...

Hello,
Just want to start by saying thanks again to all!
I was able to get some time on site today with Grandstream remoting in to assist. They poked around in the gateway configs while having me try test calls and confirmed calls are coming into the Gateway and being routed out the T1...
Sounds like a notifications permission issue within the phone have you checked and ensured any app settings are not restricted or that you dont have some global block on the types of notifications that Ione uses?
Hi Curly,
Thanks for the response the help is much appreciated. I'd been trying to have someone from the site screen share with me over the past week to no avail so today was the first day I was able to make it back on site. I'll attach clips of the T1 interface settings from the gateway.
Hi Curly,
Thanks for the response, I'd be happy to post my configurations shortly. I had set up to remotely access the Gateway but the link appears to be down at the moment and I'm waiting on someone from the church's admin team to arrive on-site and check the firewall and WAN connection. Once...
Hello,

I'm glad to see a lot of the big fish like Avaya and Mitel push hard towards cloud while depreciating their premise-based offerings. I still run into plenty of customers that crunch the numbers and realize prem still works out cheaper. I've also started hearing people talking about how the...
@Omonat
Looks like custom firmware on the digital station module they use and/or custom asterisk modules. You have to set the firmware on the DSM to be either Nortel Norstar, Nortel Meridian, Avaya, or Panasonic.
I use this $30 guide from BICSI as a general reference. It's pretty inline with the extreme bonding requirements I learned under doing AT&T wireless CO work...
Hello,
Does anyone know of an open-source or free-to-trial hotel property management software that's compatible with UCX that I can use to learn and try out configurations?
Make a second ring group for the phones you want to ring after 12s. Set the ring time to 12 in the group with 2 extensions and have the destination if no answer set to the second ring group. Ring time is the 3rd option down in the individual ring group settings.
