I have a history of Avaya systems. My sister works in a place that has switchvox.

Trying to help them, and not sure if the system is incapable or the partner is.

Can switchvox report on calls delivered to a user, and what the result was, answered, or flow to voicemail?

Please elaborate more. There is surely a CDR that contains that info, were you looking to have it presented a certain way?
