You can directly upgrade,
5.7.6 is good, in product for years, fairly reliable. I never ran 5.7.7 or 5.7.8 before ditching out RES.
I heard some bad comments about 5.7.8.
No need to update store.

Got "Interface Not Active" error when starting RES.
This site has identical setup compared with other sites that run properly.
Restart Micros Interface, SSF services, reload DB, no luck.
Device interface (Givex SVC) has the exactly same settings like other sites. Tried 127.0.0.1 and network...

Not in the same subnet. All RES devices shall be in the same subset, same vlan.

It will be great if RES has built-in command that can write log on the server. If not, I can maximize IIS potentials on the server, and do some POST work.
