One set in my system is used as a Prime Set for physical line.
When this line rings, the phone displays 'LINE24 to Prime' and rings the set.
Is there any way to display the incoming number or name when a call is routed to the prime set, instead of the Line name??

This makes sense.
At the moment, we have two analog lines, one of which is working, and one which is awaiting provisioning. Originally we wired the working line into port 3 on the CTM4, and the awaiting provisioning line into port 4.

These are assigned Lines 26 & 27, and to Pool A which is accessed from Destination Code 9.
Is there a way to assign which Line is selected first when pressing 9??

I kept thinking it was a setting somewhere, but apparently copying a good DN to this DN did some background programming that resolved the issue.

I have ensured Set Relocation is unchecked. Then deregistered two sets, swapping their DNs. The HF/Mute key followed the DN.
IE: Utility Room is DN 1001 - This has the HF/Mute Button Problem. - Office is DN 1101 and working as expected. Deregister both...
