Hello I got the issue on AC WIN IP that it is showing waiting........ as in the image. please guide me to resolve this issue.

Hello everyone, I got a problem that the active cpu gone to standby mode and standby cpu gone to active mode. Because of this I am not able to connect the system via the Hipath Expert Access. Please help me to make it as before.

The software AC Win IP was working properly but one day it shows "closed". I tried by restarting the pc but still it is not working. At the begining it shows the no connection then closed. Please help me to get out of this problem.
