AC WIN IP is not working

The software AC Win IP was working properly but one day it shows "closed". I tried by restarting the pc but still it is not working. At the begining it shows the no connection then closed. Please help me to get out of this problem.

The #1 answer for AC-Win issues is (with AC-Win closed)to unplug your headset from the PC to make sure it knows it is gone - then plug it back in and listen for the tone that says the PC found it. Now start AC-Win and go into the Options menu at the top, Ringer Settings, and make sure you have valid items selected for microphone, headset audio and ringer audio, and the mixer is generally set to the name of the sound card in the PC. Be sure to save those settings, then choose File - Save Workspace, and then File - Exit. Restart AC-Win and see if it runs now.

The #2 answer is if it is giving you a license error. You have to be sure the licensing software is properly setup and running on the PC and you have a valid license to use the software.

If this was a license error, would he not be complaining about "unauthorized copy of ac-win" error messages?

Here, AC-Win is starting.

I would suspect problems with audio device/handset/usb headset (was USB audo device moved across USB ports?), or maybe the call control window is closed.

I wouid look at AC-Win config like you mentioned and check the audio device config.

First try to ping the gateway ip address from acwin Ip PC

if it is ok

Check the mic and loud speaker setting

If any issue in license ,display will UN AUTHORISED COPY,

If you have valid license re install the ACWin again

I have tried all of the process but I get the issues. Problem is same not changed at all.
IP is pinging.

License is activated.

Run :-Disable IPv6 on nontunnel interfaces (except the loopback) and on IPv6 tunnel interface

Make the Microphone - USB
Change it in options / ringer settings.
Then reload the application
Wait for the Plug to light up.
If the Plug lights up then it is working
