Ok I am currently on 8.1 with 'no licence available' on the screen. I opened up the config and essential edition licence doesn't see to have been generated. I am going to upgrade to 9.1 now
Ok thanks, I have read this now but I have a;ready gone from R6 to R7 and it is asking for a licence. Do you think I will be ok to go from R7 to R8.1 and then R9.1 or should I roll it back to R6?
I only have a R9.1 small upgrade licence and no essential edition so I am abit worried
Customers IPO is currently on R6 and they would like to upgrade to 9.1
Please can someone let me know if I have to upgrade to 7 then 8 then 8.1 then 9.0 then 9.1 or will I be ok to skip some of these?
Also will the only upgrade licence I require be the 9.1 upgrade licence?
TIA,
We have a customer with Avaya One X with an IPO V2 on 9.1

Thanks for the help.
We just bought a power user licence for them in the end.
The customer has a taxi firm and he wants to sit in bed answering calls so it is ideal for him to have a softphone
A customer has an IPO on R9.1.
They would like to use a deskphone in the office and softphone from home so I bought them the teleworker licence.
This has come up with a licensing issue when I try to connect (either through public IP or local IP using a VPN) and I have since found out that...

Hi I am trying to set up an overflow so that it rings the first huntgroup for 6 seconds and then overflows to the next huntgroup for a remaining 40 seconds. Instead of doing this the call overflows for 6 seconds then goes back to the first huntgroup and then back to the overflow.
Please can...
I have checked the line group ID and incoming call route and it is set up the same as the others. I have tried to route it to other hunt group and also checked that the invite format is the same as the other numbers on the vflex portal.
I am not sure what you mean by 'screen grab it'.
This SIP number was a separate ISDN main bearer number to the other numbers before it was brought over to SIP so I don't know whether that has anything to do with the fact it doesn't work. All numbers are now on the same Voiceflex sip trunk and...
I have one SIP ddi doesn't seem to be working, it is set up exactly the same as the others and goes to the same hunt group but it just plays an engaged tone.
This is the message I get on monitor.
Any ideas?

Hi, I have a Draytek 2860n and a Netgear D7000.
All the same ports are forwarded so that we can use the preferred mobility Avaya app but the Draytek doesn't work and the Netgear does. Any ideas why this would be?
We also had trouble with a Cisco ASA.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
