    Avaya Upgrade R6 to R9.1

Ok thanks, I have read this now but I have a;ready gone from R6 to R7 and it is asking for a licence. Do you think I will be ok to go from R7 to R8.1 and then R9.1 or should I roll it back to R6? I only have a R9.1 small upgrade licence and no essential edition so I am abit worried

One SIP number is not working

I am not sure what you mean by 'screen grab it'. This SIP number was a separate ISDN main bearer number to the other numbers before it was brought over to SIP so I don't know whether that has anything to do with the fact it doesn't work. All numbers are now on the same Voiceflex sip trunk and...

Draytek not working for preferred mobility but Netgear does??

Hi, I have a Draytek 2860n and a Netgear D7000. All the same ports are forwarded so that we can use the preferred mobility Avaya app but the Draytek doesn't work and the Netgear does. Any ideas why this would be? We also had trouble with a Cisco ASA. Any ideas will be appreciated.
