Avaya IP Office 11.X - Outbound Call Automation

No worries Westi, I know that a lot of scammers/spammers use similar systems, but we are a pharmacy lol. I'm thinking we're going to ultimately go the route of ICT Broadcast and then transfer them directly into the IVR or possibly who knows. Thanks everyone!

Avaya IP Office 11.X - Outbound Call Automation

I had found a flyer on Avaya Contact Center, but am not having luck getting pricing. Also, i found a flyer for Avaya Interactive Response, to use speech self service, but alas, same issues. It's almost like the product teams over there doesn't know what they want to do and keeps changing the...

Avaya IP Office 11.X - Outbound Call Automation

While you're true that a lot of spammers do want that, this is more like an "appointment reminder" or something (We're a pharmacy with several locations) and we're wanting to notify people at night "hey your prescription is ready for pickup," or "hey, you have a prescription coming due for...

Avaya IP Office 11.X - Outbound Call Automation

I was afraid of that. I love the product, and have been using it for years. I just wish it had a few more features. Thank you for your assistance!

Avaya IP Office 11.X - Outbound Call Automation

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all doing well. I have an Avaya IP Office 500v2 (11.x) system with VoiceMail Pro (10.X for some reason. Will be updating soon) running on a dedicated server. We already have incoming IVR and am adding TTS shortly; however, I am wondering if it is possible...

Avaya IP Office 500 V2 (v8.0(66)) and VoiceMail Pro (v8.0.10-3.el6) Email and Storage Issues

Thanks Joe2938. It's looking like I need to go ahead and upgrade to 8.1.X. That will probably resolve several issues, and I think the license we have will get us to 8.1 no worries. I'll only need the new license when going to 9.X or higher. Is there any reason to upgrade to the 10.X platform...

Avaya IP Office 500 V2 (v8.0(66)) and VoiceMail Pro (v8.0.10-3.el6) Email and Storage Issues

DaIPOTek, re-imaging can be done, I will just need to make sure to backup the config. That does beg the question of can I download the voice prompt recordings? Can i directly access the console if plugged into the module directly? Joe2938, the document you sent is for 9.1, is it retroactive...

Avaya IP Office 500 V2 (v8.0(66)) and VoiceMail Pro (v8.0.10-3.el6) Email and Storage Issues

joe2938, Thanks for the information, now my issue is going to be getting into the root side. I literally do not remember setting a root or Administrator password when I originally installed the module. Does anyone have a clue if there are some default passwords that might have been used?

Avaya IP Office 500 V2 (v8.0(66)) and VoiceMail Pro (v8.0.10-3.el6) Email and Storage Issues

Good morning everyone. We have been running this system for almost 3 years, and it seems to be doing great, however here lately I have run into a couple of issues as I am preparing to upgrade to 9.X. 1.) UCModule Disk Usage is nearly full. of the 21.513 total GB only 1.829 GB is free, and...
