    @kwbMitel, yes the test DID we were assigned was a 512 area code. They ran out of consecutive DID's in 512 so the new DID's area code is still fresh and some Toll Free numbers do not accept calls from it yet.

    Caller ID Issue with SIP Trunk

    This ended up being on the SIP Provider side. It issue was the order was placed without the caller ID enabled on about 56 of the DID's. After that was added, problem was resolved.
