So I am trying to setup my Audix again to help me with migration issue.
Can CMM with Audix email a wav file of the VM to an Exchange server?
All I can tell is that I can IMAP to the CMM and pull the file, i'd like it to email my small user group.

So I was trying to gain network access to the Nortel and sure enough I can't get to the Cisco Switch it is connected to!!!
I am having someone at the site power cycle the switch.
Stay tuned, this may take a day or so to get someone there to respond to me.

My site in the UK is reporting the following issues with there BCM400
"When you ring the main number there is no option menu press 1 for customer service etc so all coming through to the phone on my desk.
Also the time is incorrect it is showing as 8.04 instead of 9.22 and there is no voice...
I have a Call Pilot 100 and yesterday the lights on it went very dim.
From what i am being told no one can access their Voicemail.
I am assuming the power inside the unit is failing, if I get another Call Pilot can i just swap the cards or do i have to build this from scratch?

We just added a 8-Station Expansion Cartridge TCM NTBB04GC-93 to our Norstar CICS,
The phone on the last 8 port light up but cannot be programmed, not sure why...........
Any help is greatly appreciated!
My software version is CICS 7.0 Standard IRAD on + AA Prog Prompts (SIP)...
