    Oddly, when I go through your steps, I get different prompts: When I dial #502 you see: Calling Group Extension: I can't simply dial "1", if i dial "1" a second time it inputs it as extension "11" which says: Calling Group 11 1 Assigned It's like it doesn't allow for different groups? But...

    Not to completely out myself as a newbie, but does the - indicate right intercom button? When I get to #502, then enter 1 for the calling group, what do I hit next? After "1" when I start to type in the extension number, it assumes I'm entering a different calling group. Sorry to be so novice.

    Afternoon, we have a very old Partner phone system that's been working well. We had a power outage and lost all of the programming on the phone system. I was able to go in to make system changes (date, time, etc) but since the outage, we haven't been able to use the intercom system (via *71)...
