Rcc1000, They have one extension that is set to External CFWD when AA transfers a caller there, but this problem was happening prior to that being implemented. Thanks for the idea.

    Partner ACS hung lines

Thanks to each of you for your replies. Really appreciate the suggestions. TouchToneTommy, the time setting in the Partner that you are referring to is "Hold Disconnect", yes? That's the only one I'm aware of. The office is currently unoccupied, due to the Covid nemesis, so testing is not a...

    Partner ACS hung lines

Hello, An ACS R7 that I installed a year ago in a law office has 4 CO's from Charter. AA picks up after 2nd ring. Every now and then, customer reports all lines lit up and they can't access dial tones until they unplug the lines from the Charter modem and plug them back in. Of course, Charter...

    New Call Pilot

I'm in the process of programming a new Call Pilot 150 for a customer, to replace their CP100 (not enough mailboxes). I'm doing the programming of the new unit on a MICS s/w 7.1 non-XC here at my office. I'm going to install the new unit onto my customer's MICS, using the same system ports as...

    MICS 7.1 to 7.1XC upgrade

Thanks for your reply. The NVRAM is refurb, I think, and it has an "03" under the NT part number. Release 3, I suppose?? Someone on this forum said that he starts by putting the new NVRAM sleeve in place with the original software, and then upgrades from there. I admit, I did not disconnect the...

    MICS 7.1 to 7.1XC upgrade

Yes, I did it according to the manual. Everything I've read says that this should be plug-and-play. I've read that it can take a long time to load the XC software, but I don't think that it should take 3.5 hrs..

    MICS 7.1 to 7.1XC upgrade

Hi there. I attempted a software upgrade in order to add a 2nd fiber card to an MICS. I started at 6.1 non-XC, powered down, put in a R2 NVRAM sleeve and 7.1 non-XC software card. Powered back up; 10 minutes later, 7.1 was in place and all programming retained. Powered down, put in the 7.1XC...
