I am trying to register a 6940 to a mivoice250 (v6.3.6.21)
I have created a 69xx phone in the system and defaulted the 6940 Phone
When the phone boots it is asking for a PIN, what PIN is this referring to, I assumed it was the same as registering 52xx/53xx Phones i.e. *** Extension
I am trying to connect a Mitel SIP-DECT Base Station RFP 35 IP to a 3CX system
The 622d DECT will subscribe and appears to register to the 3CX and will get a dial tone.

I am trying to factory reset a Soundstation IP 5000
Have tried pressing 1,3,5,7 on start-up, put the MAC address in, but does not clear the config, or reset the Advanced Menu Password

We have a 2811 that was working ok, until we were unable to use the web manager interface. I had been working fine until then.
I can ping the 2811 but if I try and access through the browser it just times out.
I have defaulted it and reloaded the config files, but still the same problem.
I have two 8662 phones that are in SIP mode and trying to switch back to IPT
Have tried powering on the phone holding keys 5 & 6 but it just boots up to SIP

and shows up as a BT logo or "BT IP Office" on some Handset displays, such as the 9508 on R8.1 or above.
We have not come across any R8.0 and below to display the logo or "BT IP Office"...
have a DTIM8 which was all working fine until I went into the Web manager and changed it to dhcp
(this was done in trying to get another IPECS module working)
Now though it will not boot. If I monitor the serial output it gets stuck on DHCP request, although I have a DHCP running on my pc...
