Ok, I did that firmware update (I did a backup first, thanks Thermus) - it seemed successful; see the MESSASAGE section in screen shot below. And I saw the Station 10 handset restart itself and is working. But there is no button Int Vver 3.9 on PFM450 ? And on PFM228 there is still no option...

hi Ryan I have followed the steps verbatim (and went over 3x) - but I seemed to have completely messed up now; when I call the office number the VMIB kicks in right away on 1st ring and the greeting plays, then a pause then a canned message 'The time has expired' (in a computer woman accent)...

PS: I see that I could buy a LAN card for our ARIA 24 http://www.allphonerecyclers.com.au/lg_aria_ipldk_20_lanu_card-999 but is it worth it given all the hassles I am having ? And then where do I get the admin software from ?
