Greetings Firebird Scrambler, its great to see you.. Sir the problem has just started happening. Everything was going good. I have checked the routes, deleted the tie trunks and recreated, had a restart to the cs1000, however, it didn't work.

CS1000 RLS 4.5. connected with ZTE MSAG through PRI. DSCs are created at cs1000 side for MSAG extensions.. When user calls from MSAG side to cs1000 user, ring, voice every thing works fine. But when a cs1000 user calls to MSAG user, problem of no voice raised , sometimes there is complete...

WHAT SHOULD BE THE SEQUENCE AFTER SENDING XBK FILE TO SYSTEM.. EDD then Reboot or Reboot then EDD..??

Thanks Firebird for your reply.. Yes I have send the xbk file using xrt followed by system reboot. How ever the same is shown in secondary and customer data is not updated..but patches are updated only.. To copy it into main what will be the path to the secondary file and what will be the path...

How to restore data from Secondary one..I copied the xbk file through terminal using xrt, the same shown as in Secondary..how to restore that from Secondary..

Didn't tried that becauseI don't have any idea how to do that..I have a backed up file xbk format in my pc,, I don't know how to restore that or customer database from that..

Yes, I have tried it's all Feature sets but at the end facing issue keycode INVALIDATION, even I am having the keycodes with requisite available dongle

Thanks Firebird, I have checked the ftp link. There are 2 copies available for small system software release 450w, but unfortunately the Feature set for NTSK40AC and NTSK40AB is not available in the package.

Firebird do you have rls 4.5 software for ASIAPAC ntsk40ac or ntsk40ab ?

SanDisk obtained, Software started successfully,,but keycode not validating..is there any issue with FEATURE SRT SELECTION according to ntsk40ac card..because the options does not shown for ntsk40ac in software package which I am installing.. I think I will need rls 4.5 software for ntsk40ac

Thanks for our reply, I have 128MB card, programmed with cardpro9. Copied extracted files of software 4.5 ap-emea_450w_r20 to flash card. My SSC card is ntdk20ja, software daughter board is ntsk40as , 17. Inserted the pcmcia in slot A, reboot the system , pressed control_I but I got these...
