Didn't tried that becauseI don't have any idea how to do that..I have a backed up file xbk format in my pc,, I don't know how to restore that or customer database from that..

It was in the restore guide I had sent you.
As long as you kept the original SSC, then the backup database would have remained on it that is called the "Z" drive.
Once the software has been successfully loaded back in, you just need to go into LD 43 and key in DAT to view the 3 databases and hopefully would be seen the bottom one that's on the "Z" drive.
Just key in RES to do the restore and reboot the system to activate the customers database.
