I use IP Office 11 with Xima Chronicall. We have call center agents with 4 min wrap time (Which is needed to close the call with a member). However the counter resets even when calling a co-worker internally or making outgoing calls. Can the wrap only be set for incoming call center calls...
If we have a group on ACD with say 5 agents idle, how does the system decide which agent gets the next incoming call? Is it random, or does it use certain criteria. Is there a place to check this in IP Office?

I have IP Office manager 9.0.4. Recently one phone died, so I bought a new one and thought I could plug it into the network and it should work. I have set the vlan id on the new phone after pressing * and 27238. This is usually the only thing it needs I think. But it keeps staying at DHCP...
