I setup auto-attendant by Emmbbeed VM system, incoming calls hearing the company greeting:
1. Day mode: if press 0 or waiting will route to operator (at mailbox 0)
2. Night model: ìf Press 0 or waiting will route to EXT of Security

One more thing is "Incoming calls via SIP trunk to Auto-Attendant , caller dial EXT during hearing Company Greeting, the called party answers, two end parties hear SILENT, THEN THE CALL WILL DROPPED AFTER around 10 - 25 seconds
