    Hi, Doesnt have any impact. Forwarding works fine... But when i do twinning the call initiates with extension number, how should i enable it to dial the whole DID number when the call is twinned?

    HI, You are right, i have a requirement to connect more than 6 sites, so having just one number prefix will make matters worse. so i have "XX" two numbers as prefix now so atleast get an option of having connection to more sites. and reserve the rest of the starting digit numbers.. thanks
