Thank you all for the support, Well the problem has been fixed, it was coming from the line provider as expected, today they have changed their ISDN gateway, it was broken. Now everything is working fine and i have no alarms, 0 yellow and 0 red.

Yes it's an Avaya SD card and it works fine in another IPO. So you mean that i have a hardware problem with my IP500 ? Because when the IPO charge the ip500v2.bin file it reboots, that's why i was thinking that there is a software problem. Anything i can do to fix the firmware or something ?
