I carried out a test and it looks like around 40% of the voicemail boxes lose their user greeting and name on reboot so it must be a big problem affecting a lot of other users?

Went with Switchman's solution of using the embedded voicemail in Intuity mode and so far so good. Certainly a lot less effort than renumbering all extensions / Users.
