Put the vmail system behind the firewall ( Network protection only )
And thru the Auto Attendant(s) restrict them from getting access to dialing the aa Vm features ? Taking out the option for checking voicemail via the AA / Call Flow ...

G711 is uncompressed and is great standard . If your system is in its own small to medium subnet then you can use G711 ( No compression ) . Also if you want a better audio sound then try using G729a . Google this compression ratio and it will tell you the details of G729a and why it is used ...

We are running 6.0.3.0 now and are upgrading to 7.1.0.1 I believe ( latest release ) . I had thought someone told us there was another 6.0 release above 6.0.3.0 ..
I may be wrong but a TON of fixes in 7.1 which we are upgrading to this weekend . We also have SalesForce and Oaisys call recording...

Also found out that we also have speech attendants enabled also ! I'll have to look into that !

We track them via PraireFyre - Call Center , Mas Server IVR Auto Attendants as you can get a peg count out of them to see how many calls came into each individual AA as we use Mas for this as well
CDR in ther MCD is horrible as we use PrairieFyre for this as well .

I have found that after resolution the alarms stop being sent . Not sure if there is any place to " Clear the alarms ". We had a ton of SMDR alarms due to timing issues , I had to shut them off in My Site Explorer . We still have a few as I resolved a LOT of them over the wire ( On the network )...

Does anyone know how to log CTI connector issues form PrairieFyre ? I know I cna get the logs off the Local PC's ( No Help LOL ) but was wondering if there is any mechanism on PrairieFyre to log/view events etc .

What changed on the switches ? 1910 switches do not usually default or change back to a config as they are dumb switches . Did you upgrade the switch or tels or phone system with new code ?
A network trace maybe could help point you in the right direction but it sounds like something is being...

I would think that PrairieFyre would make a simple user look up window to view scheduled reports and edit button to make changes to them !
