Hey Folks

Does anyone know off the top how many Call Flows are available on the 3300 ICP Virtual ?

Researching now but I cannot find any totals as I am reviewing the UC / Voicemail manuals now ...

Thx

Rich

Sorry, What do you mean by call flow. This is not a standard term for the 3300

Sorry as I am a bit new here in the lingo dept as well , lol ...

In Unified Communications / Call Flows are set up for Auto Attendants

Do you know how many total I can get in the 3300 Virtual ware set up ?

I have about 15 now but I want to set up more for my inbound 800 #s in order to track the AA call peg counts for inbound calls to the Call Center via the AA's as to what digits they push as we do a TON of outbound campaign calls and receive a LOT of specified inbound calls . Just need to track them inbound .

Thx Kwb !

Appreciate the help !

Ok, I see the problem now.

Call Flows are configured on the Nupoint as part of the voicemail. This really has nothing to do with the 3300

Call Flows are licensed as Call Director Mailboxes.

There are 2 ways that I know of to determine your licensing.

1 - Login to the Console of the server using the root login
[ul]
[li]type the command getids -l[/li]
[li]The licensed feature you are looking for is # 320[/li]
[li]Looks like this, I have 40 licenses on mine[/li]
[li]320: [40] Call Director Call Flows Y Enabled[/li]
[/ul]

2 - Login to the console of the server with admin login
[ul]
[li]choose option for NPM console[/li]
[li]then system maintenance - S[/li]
[li]then Other options - O[/li]
[li]then utilities - U[/li]
[li]Then Display Optional Features - D[/li]
[li]This will generate an identical view as option 1[/li]
[/ul]

Command does not seem to work as I keep getting command not found or invalid directory ....

Any specific directory ? or from the log in main directory ?

I got it via admin

320 is set to Y and enabled ...

320 [350] Call Director Call Flow Y enabled

350 call flows then

Got it ...

Thanks Kwb

I have about a hundred DID's that I need to track the Auto Attendants so that will work out well !

Also found out that we also have speech attendants enabled also ! I'll have to look into that !

Appreciate the help !
