You could try to add the second extension as a shared user on the first extension mailbox that way when the message is left. The second extension can get the message indication and retrieve the voicemail from the first mailbox.
I find that when I am at a customer's site that needs one they tend to have a lot of phones that are not wall mounted and I take from the bases on those ones to replace the wall mounted phones that are missing the hook switch clips.
You can also turn on the operator in the call pilot and direct it to the same location as the dial 0 point or any extension if you don't want to get "the operator is not available message".
IPO500 V1, running 10.1 is not supported. IPO500 V1 is only supported up to version 9.0.
As well 5410 sets are only supported to 9.1. Maybe that is why you are having so many issues.

Are you using any custom cabling to connect the ATA2 to the ZipLink on either end? Also how far apart are the 2 buildings ZipLink requires a minimum of 20-25 feet for proper operation.
I have run into this issue before once and we deleted the 3rd and 4th card from the control unit and then rebooted the system without the cards in and then rebooted the system with the cards in and when it came back up it resolved the issue.
I would upgrade the system to the latest version of 9.1.12
I have seen a few people have issues with 9.1.5 and below.

Where do you want it to go? if you don't want it to do anything and stay on the same extension then just put it's own extension in the revert DN. i.e. extension 7000 the revert DN is 7000 then if someone presses 0 it will just stay at that extension.
It sounds like there maybe something on the network blocking the traffic. Do they have a new firewall or router that is blocking the SIP traffic on the particular port. I have run into a watch guard router that didn't like the amount of traffic going through a particular port so it would shut it...
Sometimes I have seen where the power supply for the module looks good but stops supplying the proper power for the unit. Have you tried a different power supply on the unit?
