    AlohaRoss, Now that you mention it... I think the terminal WAS changed. I recall seeing terminal 3 the first day I came. I think the manager may have moved it. Along those same lines, how would I know if it is on the correct port? It is possible they may have messed with the port as well...

    Still cannot get this working. Anything else I may be missing? AlohaRoss, it is a serial printer, however it has an adapter to cat5 cable. Does that make a difference? Thank you, Michael

    TobeThor, Thank you for the reply. I did as you said and changed the dip switch settings to match the other printer. They were definitely different. Anyway, I also ran the self test as you instructed. Within that test, there is a section which says: Memory switch 2 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8...
