Trunk works, T38 configured correctly as per the provider requirements. as i can understand analog phone don`t takes sip line, so call don`t exit to provider
if you want to have acces from external than something that you can resolve from external :)
try to take a look on iphone logs, i had a similar problem, in my case iphone cold not resolve IPO FQDN

I have IPO 500 v2 R9.0 build 829 with ext card. All calls goes through SIP Line (line 17), in SIP Line->Voip Re-invite is checked and Fax trasmission selected as T38.
problem is that i can`t receive or send fax.
I`ve tryed to connect analog phone.
When i try to make a call (external)...

on router will be enough to forward ports:
5060 -> TCP&UDP to IP Office
5061 -> TCP&UDP to IP Office
5222 -> TCP to one-X Portal
8444 -> TCP to one-X Portal
5269 -> TCP to one-X Portal

Now the things are more strange, app on android in VoIP mode works, not perfectly but works
But if i use iphone in VoIP mode, the led turns orange and I am unable to make any calls. On the iphone app when pushing the orange led, message error is : "App.Registration.alert.Message
no errors. it`s just connect deskphones even if user make a call from browser/CallAssistent. The same thing when i answer a call (if i answer using browser caller will be connected with deskphone).

right now i can make a call using a cell phone (problem was with port forwarding and dns more details here http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1719664) but i still can't make a call using web browser or Avaya Call Assistent
Problem with voicemessages resolved. i had to change in one-X Portal admin page Configuration->Providers->Default-VMPro-Provider IP Address from default to my server IP address. Someone can explain why it don`t works with standart settings?

users can`t make calls, IP Office connect deskphones even if users or user make or receive call using one-x portal...
