    Good Eveving all, I have an issue where the time profile I applied to an incoming call route is not applying. I was curious if the "Defualt Value" can be replaced with the profile that I created? Or better yet any ideas why this profile is not applying? Thank you for your assistance!

    Hello, I have a 1403 digital phone that won't allow me to logout of it. When I press *36 it says, "Call rejected" The short code works fine on every other model of phone but this one. Is there another method to log this phone out? Thank you
