Auto-logoff 1

Good evening,

I'm using IPO 8.1 with VMPro. I have a huntgroup with CCR enabled. I would like to know if it's possible to set an auto-logoff time for in-active agents? What I'm running into is agents that don't logoff and as a consequence, customers are having to wait unnecessarily.

In the User>Telephony>Supervisor Settings

Set the "Login Idle Period"

Check "Force Login"

Set "Status on No-Answer" to "Logged Off"
