I am in the process of changing out a Nortel system and its phones, a mix of m7208's, t7316e's and 1140e's. Before I send the old phones off site, is there any data that is stored on these phones or is everything (if anything) stored on the server? Thank so much!!
Yes, it is still on the network. These things seem so confusing to work. The user's extension was on the ip phone, but I guess I can change the extension on the digital phones to match the user's and then check the messages that way? Thanks vt for the suggestion!! I'll give it a try.
