Is there anyway of de-activating day light saving on Dect R4. Ongoing problem of having to change time settings on IP Dect Base staion.
Time either goes out by 1 hour or 2 hours on Dect handsets.

Good day. Installed J129 IP phones on Avaya IP Office V10.0.500 6 weeks ago. I have had a couple of phones loosing log on credentials.
Have to re-log on with user name and password. Any on experience similar problem? J129 phones software is updated to latest version.
Followed IP Office Platform 10.0 Sip Telephone Installation Notes but cannot log Avaya J129 phones. IP endpoint licenses loaded and all configuration done as per documentation. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Good day, I too have problems with 3720 handsets. Key pads collapsing (going soft) and numbering on keys fading. This is really frustrating, thought we were the only support company having this problem. This is really tarnishing support company's images.

Have done exactly as u stated but gets “No License Available”
on 1416 and 1408 phones. i apparently need a upgrade license according to IP Office Release 9 Product update.
