I have changed all security passwords on avaya ip office 9.1.20 and setup according to IP Office Platform 9.1 - IP Office Dect R4 Installation (09 Dec 2014). Provisioning tab on master base just shows Current View Primary and nothing else. All settings on master base as per technical documentation. All relevant licenses are in place. Please help.
many thanks!!

Turn on advanced view.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

And enable provisioning, after that wait a few minutes before it shows connected.

Good day,
I have turned on advance view on Master Base Station, all passwords on base Station and IP Office changed as per Version 9.1. Still no luck. Documentation states that deactivated untill default passwords are changed which is done.

Is you change the ipdect password in the security settings too?
You need to do that and then set it on the dect too.

Yes I have, set up as per 9.1 Dect R4 Installation.

Same here.
New DECT R4 was setup 3 days ago. IPO 9.1.SP3, DECT 7.2.14
Provisioning page was visible like it should be, as other wise I would have had some troubles to register handsets.
Now, 3 days later, the only thing I can read on the provisioning tab is: Current view Primary

Advanced view is active, also disabled/enabled it as well as restart the Master.
Password are changed here too.

Some config items have a message next to them saying 'System in provisioning mode'.
I must say, they can place calls. No problem. It's just that I cannot activate/deactivate provisioning or see it's status.

Check with a different browser.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

For IP DECT R4, I always use IE, because in my experience this works best.
With Chrome or Firefox, sometimes the login page doesn't load.

Setup for this system was done with IE (but from my PC with IE 9.0..!)
Now, I try via remote to virtual PC where IE 11 is installed.
Tried with Firefox: Et voilà, all is here!

Thanks Sizbut, have some pink!

I use Chrome because that one always work for me and others don't :)
