    You need to ftp to the controller IP address, I usually use Filezilla Client, and navigate to the VM folder. Within that folder you will need to look for the file names, I believe there is a MOH folder under that directory. Once you find the files just right click and select delete.

    I would also recommend verifying that your AV is not scanning the UC folder on your pc. Also you can try refreshing the Mitai link in the UCA server, which if I remember right is on the Nodes tab.
