    Just wanted to add, that when I pick up the receiver it says No Line Selected.

    it looks to me like thats how it is set Configuration 2. Line Access show set 21 line assignment - andswerm DNs - Ringing - Line Pool Access - Intercom Keys :2 - Prime Line:PoolA Anything else?

    ok I think this is where I am going wrong. Sorry for being such a thick head Feature **111111 Password 111111 Configuration trunk/line data show line 01 then it asks for either trunkdata or line data trunk mode is Unspr line type:public

    I went into configuration , line access it asked for show set I out 21 I then went to Line pool access, A=Y , B=N, C=N . Then Prime Line:PoolA But It still does not pickup line 1 automatically when I pick up the hand set. The handset is plugged into the picture of the phone, not the headset...

    I have the same problem. I set pool to a and prime to 01. I know I have a setting wrong.. Any info would be appreciated.

    noratar 3x8 setup help

    I just took over a Norstar 3X8 with DR5. I have 1 line and 3 sets. I cannot figure out how to select line 1 automatically when picking up the handset. Anyone? Thanks David.
