We believe the problem is with the Sonicwall unit. The IT tech changed all the related TCP setting he could find to 120 min. No changed. Still right at the 15 min mark the is dropped. Now we're at loss again.

The T1 is use for the 800# incoming only. If verizon turns on rtani the caller receives a busy signal. I found out RT stands for real time. This is puzzling to me. I looked into RDB but not sure what I,m looking for, if this is even the right area.

Hello: A new customer's t1 provider is changing programming on a standard 24 channel t1 to allow caller ID on a 800#. When they take it down to do the changes and the circuit does not come back up. what do I do to restart it. This is a option 11. Thanks in advance
I am changing 8410D,s to 2420,s (30 set). All the 2420 will be programmed the same. Is there a way to do a copy (duplicate) the button program or do I still have to go in and program then individually. Thanks
