Hello: I have a Option 11 . When a call comes in from through one of our 800# the clid displays sprint an not the incoming number, Verzon who provide the T1 (non PRI) said that my RTANI is not on. I get clid through the PRI circuits. I looked through the programming but could see what Verizon is talking about. Need help. Thanks in advance.

Incoming 800# call on displaying clid

You receive caller ID if the call comes in a PRI. You do not receive Caller ID if the call comes in on a plain T1 or an analog trunk.

The T1 is use for the 800# incoming only. If verizon turns on rtani the caller receives a busy signal. I found out RT stands for real time. This is puzzling to me. I looked into RDB but not sure what I,m looking for, if this is even the right area.
