Thanks.. I figured that.. Now to remove the sip trunk without breaking anything.

That sip trunk is no longer active... I need to remove all traces of it from the system.

Yep the 9 and the 1 are there... Not sure while its still doing it.

Our system is a IP Office 500 V2 running V7 of the software. If you try to dial using the call log button I get a message "Waiting for line" If you press 9 then dial the same number the call completes. Thanks ahead for your assistance.

lwilliams, I believe the system limit only supports 16 dbm expansion modules, how many do you currently have in place? just a thought I do not have any dbm expansion modules installed in the system. You need to be sure that there is a .hex file on the SD card. 8.1.67 has this one...
