Auto-Update / Auto-Reboot for phones
There is nothing in CUCM that Im aware of that will cause a phone to reboot on a schedule. If it were me, Id be looking at the PoE switch as the source of the power outage to the phones.- Thunzer

sip extension registration and licensing
No you cannot. You will have to define the SIP device twice (which will use 2 licenses) but each of the devices can share the same extension.- Thunzer
