We have a client with an older Partner system, where it appears the VM card has been mis-configured.
See link, it has a ACS Proc. R3.0 and 206E Module.
It has two PC cards, a CWD2 R2.0 PVM Card (CC#108253709 99DR04) and a PC remote Access Card.

@overthebars, excellent feedback, I value that highly. The Mikrotiks can be wild, and I have a similar issue with a PRI from Comcast. Everything looks good, runs well and then it drops for no apparent reason at 6am or so every now and then. You would think it would be simpler.
@overthebars, Ditto on DSL, absolutely useless, same for MikroTik, but we typically do the 951 and we have an excellent tech. I certainly see Momentum looking a bit more professional, but what were the 2 key things that pushed you to them from VI? (if you don't mind sharing) For me it is more...
@AACon, What do you have for QOS setup? What router do you use? I assume this particular setup is for your personal use or is it for more than a few users?
@tlpeter, thanks, I would expect your recommendation would be to just have ISP replace the Adtran, correct? I'm sure I would be seeing more issues if a bad PRI card, etc.
ISP does see it down, but so far has not seen it as an issue on their end (yes, it is not like they would). IPO is brand...
Just went down again this morning. This is what I was able to grab from Monitor set to monitor only the PRI.
Starts with T1DSP alive, then some ISDNL1Evt items and then DSP is dead.
Any input to help decipher what I am seeing here is immensely appreciated.

********** SysMonitor v10.1...
@phoneguy610, do you have a link to specific details about their sip trunking services, or can otherwise share some details on how they might compare with others?
AACon, how did you implement Flowroute and with what PBX\ISP, etc?
Cruzades, some question for you, and how long have you been working with them?
tlpeter, 100% agree, and it doesn't have to be anything special. Even an inexpensive Mikrotik router has excellent QOS capabilities if a bit...
For SIP only trunking to the PSTN I have worked with 3 providers, below is the best pricing I have seen. I can supply the vendor names offline:
1. Provider 1 $20/monthly, $2/DID, .029/min. in and outbound and .039/min. US48 Toll-Free
2. Provider 2 is $40/mo for 2K in and outbound to $269/mo...
Thanks Westi,
In this case we can see the connection is up from the dedicated data cable modem to the Adtran and oddly to the PBX from the Adtran. What we see dropping in the Adtran to PBX connection is the frame and signal.
I just cannot put my finger on what and why we might see that.

That is great feedback. I had not tried resetting the PRI CPE, but I suspect my experience would be the same as yours.
I have ordered a manufactured RJ-48C crossover just in case the terminations on the custom one we did isn't perfect. Hard to imagine why a cable would be intermittent though...
I have been chasing this for a bit.
Question is this:
1. Possible bad cross over cable between IPOffice 500v2 and Adtran 900e from provider?
2. Bad PRI Card?
3. Timing or other issue with provider?
Everything works great for a week or so and then (usually early AM) drops the frame and signal...
