hi all ,i hav just installed a IP 500 v2 (63) system and noticed a very unusual ring pattern .when calls comes in it would ring 2 times cut off *as in stop* and then resumes ,with the same pattern . i have checked all the incoming options as well as the line options and they all seems ok to me...
hi, i'm currently working on an IPO v500 ,analog trunks , everything seems to meet the customer's satisfaction except call forward of external calls , when ever i try to forward "unconditional" only internal calls is forwarded and not all calls....... help!!!
Actually the project is complete ,but these are some teething issues so im off the site but when I return to solve these issues I will check the SSA and monitor .

A customer ,who is accustomed to BCM ,now with IP office want the feature when a call is made to an extention ,"on another call" should be dispalyed on the display of the phone placing the call. They use the AVAYA 1400 series phones. Is this feature available on IP office ?
My country national and int dialing plan is 2XX,(nat),001(int).....to confirm your explaination ,I shoud increase the delay time ? Cause the users are accustomed to waiting for the 2nd dial tone. Thank you
