I have an old Mitel 3300 system with 5340 ip phones. I had a teleworker phone which broke and so am trying to transfer all the lines etc onto a new teleworker phone with a different extension.
Problem 1
I have managed to put on a my private line which has a voicemail set up on it. I have set...
No but in the meantime I have solved it. The extension itself was not listed in the yoursite configuration for some reason and as soon as I added it it worked.
Thanks for assistance though.
I have an issue with my contact center program which reports on our Mitel 3300 system and 5340 ip phones.
It is set up to show the caller id's on all incoming ACD calls which works perfectly.
For one agent however it doesn't show the caller id and just shows the general incoming call path.
I...
Hello
I have just disconnected and rebooted 2 5340 ip phones and it seems to have caused a knock on effect on 3 others phones which are now showing as applications loading. The phone seems to all work but there is nothing showing on the screen below the line in the middle.
What would be the...
Many thanks and i certainly wasn't complaining about your response! Am grateful for any help and i understand what you mean with regards to the reroute timer.
Thanks for the info on the 3 timers - i will have a look at these and try and get it working
Much appreciated
I realise ring and delay ring are nothing to do with rerouting.
There are phones that have 0729 that are set to delay ring - the delay ring timer in COS is set to 10.
Around 3 to 4 rings?
Thanks
Many thanks - see below
There are a lot of timers involved here and your setup appears flawed to me.
Lets go back a bit:
First I am assuming that no calls go to 0730 directly but are only the overflow from 0729. This being true, there is no setup required on 0730 and any setup that already...
Thanks for the response.
We are taking both incoming calls from the PSTN and extension calls.
I have tried this just now but it still seems to just get stuck at 0730 and doesn't trip on to 0700.
The display just reads -from 0729 NO ANS and it just keeps ringing there.
Is there anything else I...
Hi there
I've been reading a few old posts and fear that this is not an easy problem to solve but am hopeful someone could give me a pointer or two.
I have 2 numbers which I've set up as multicall on a couple of extensions and I want the first number 0729 to ring or delay ring on extensions then...
Thanks kwbMitel
Is there anyway then that the 'calls are present' will light up faster than it does at present? At the moment when I test it it takes at least three/ four rings and I want it to be instant?
Cheers
I have 2 questions
1.
I have Mitel 3300 attached to an ISDN 30 line.
I have one line assigned as a multicall which goes to the first extension (ring) then onto (delay ring) several other extensions.
I want it to ring for about 4 secs on the main extension then ring on the other extensions for...
Have since sorted this out myself so thought I would post the answer in case it's of use to anyone else.
On the reports server I did start - run - services.msc - and stopped and restarted prairiefyre.net enterprise server.
This restarted the reporting to Contact Center client.
Would be grateful for a bit of advice.
I have been running Contact Center Client and Management for our Mitel 3300 system and had managed to get incoming caller names and numbers displaying both on the handsets themselves and also on Contact Center display 'Agent state by position'. For some...
Hi
Thanks for this - I went in and had another root around in Yoursite explorer etc - it's now working although I have no idea what I changed to make it start working! Maybe the synchronisation tab?
Thanks for the pointer
Hi
There was no rebuild done - the 3300 was just just rebooted.
It is still reporting on agents being logged in etc - just not on the acd calls offered handled and abandoned
Can you help any further?
