I have an issue with my contact center program which reports on our Mitel 3300 system and 5340 ip phones.
It is set up to show the caller id's on all incoming ACD calls which works perfectly.
For one agent however it doesn't show the caller id and just shows the general incoming call path.

I have no idea why this should be. This agent has been set up as a supervisor originally but I have changed this a while back thinking this is the answer but still have the same problems.
The agent is set up exactly as all others.
Could anyone offer any advice on this?

Many thanks

In your Agent ID form, do you have the same COS assigned to the Agent?

Yes this agent as the same COS assigned in the Agent ID form as the other agents

Does the agent belong to more than 1 queue where the others do not?

No but in the meantime I have solved it. The extension itself was not listed in the yoursite configuration for some reason and as soon as I added it it worked.
Thanks for assistance though.

CCM should have no impact on the operation of the phone.

You could turn off CCM and the phone would continue to function

As such, I believe your solution is a coincidence.
